Since establishment, our Toner Chemical Business Division has been committed to the development of chemicals related to toner for printers. It remains the top in the research level in the toner resin field. By employing proprietary technology, our product output and quality rank the first in China. Our Business Division is capable of researching new products and of producing small and pilot scale production. Moreover, it is equipped with capillary rheometer, electric charge tester and other advanced instruments to ensure the research and development of toner and toner resin. 

So far, our toner businesses related to synthetic material include the black and color toner of HP, Samsung, Brother, Kyocera, Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, etc. Our research team that sticks to quality innovation keeps updating new products. The Samsung powder and HP powder produced currently have won high reputation in the market. In 2017, the actual received order every month amounts to roughly 500 tons. Owing to the restriction of the two entrusted factories for processing, our monthly sales volume amounts to roughly 300 tons. We also need to enlarge productivity to meet some markets. Up to now, our toner market promises a bright prospect. 




2.Innovation result

Since establishment, our department has successively finished the research and development of the toner resin products of over 20 brands and accomplished the achievement transformation. Many projects or products won the second and third prize for scientific and technological progress in Tianjin, the second prize for technical innovation of Tianjin, and the certificate of national key new product. Besides, the above achievement has been transformed into remarkable economic benefit.  

The copolymer resin project for two-component positive electrical developer won the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Tianjin in 2002 (No.2002JB-3-137-R4). This project won the third prize for excellent technical innovation project in Tianjin in 2003 (No.:0030015).    

The project on copolymer resin for photographic developer of laser printer won the second prize for excellent technical innovation project in Tianjin in 2007 (No.:002016).   

In 2004, the copolymer resin for two-component positive electrical developer won the second prize for the development achievement for research and development of Bohai Chemical Group (No.BK(0102)-2-03).  

In 2011, the technical transformation on capacity expansion of toner resin products won the first prize of the excellent project of fixed-asset investment during the 11th five year plan of Bohai Chemical Engineering Group. 

In 2017, the new process of toner resin of 10,000 tons and the industrialization project won the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Tianijn. 

 

3.Innovation team
 

Presently our Toner Chemicals Division has 25 research personnel whose age is 35 at average. The division has six senior engineers, 11 master degree candidates, and seven bachelors.
